PAYMENT
Upon reservation : to confirm, please send 30% advance of total rent by bank or postal order.In case of a reduction of the period booked - whether for late arrival, early departure or for any other reason - there will be no discount or reimbursement.
On arrival:
Deposit of €100,00 for the apartments, wich will be refunded at the end of the stay if no damage incurred, and the balance of 70%.
The remaining balance to be paid cash on departure.
RULES
Arrival:
Unless otherwise agreed upon, rooms and apartments available after 4 p.m.
Departure:
Rooms and apartments should be vacated within 10:00 a.m. After this time, client could be asked to pay the equivalent of one day rent.
