Bookings, subject to availability, can only be secured if the booking form has been fully completed, signed and a deposit of 30% of the total account has been received by bank account or credit card transfert.
Bookings without a deposit are invalid.
You have to wait an our confirmation for to do the money transfert.
If bookings are cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances a deposit refund will only be given if notification of cancellation is received before 15 days prior to the date of arrival. But it’ll losted the 10% of account.
If bookings are cancelled 14 days prior to the date of arrival, It’ll losted the total account.
Account balance must be paid ayt the first days after arrival.
